新方志自然环境部类编纂实践与思考——以湖南市县两级第二轮20部志书为例

摘　　要：第二轮志书自然环境部类编纂在基本要素、篇目结构、标题名称、资料归属、逻辑关系、内容记述、表现形式等方面存在一些问题和不足。笔者以湖南市县两级第二轮20部志书自然环境部类编纂为例,进行梳理分析。新一轮志书记述自然环境要先做好资料工作,扩大资料搜集渠道,多做实地考查,吸收社会调查成果资料;在充分拥有资料,深化认识地情的基础上,科学设置篇目、因地制宜取舍、反映变化规律、加强综合记述、创新表现形式,提升思想性、科学性、资料性、时代性、实用性,为社会主义现代化建设服务。There are some problems and deficiencies with second-round local records natural environment category compilation in aspects such as basic elements,chapters and sections structure,names of titles,attribution of reference materials,logical relations,contents recording,and forms of presentations.The author took 20 sets of second-round local records at city and county level in Hunan province as examples,and conducted sorting and analyzing.In a new round of local records compilation,when recording natural environment,compilers must do well in reference works,expand channels of references search and collection,increase field investigations,absorb reference materials from social investigation achievements;and on the basis of full ownership of references and deepened understandings of local information,they should scientifically set up chapters and sections,accept and reject materials according to local circumstances,strengthen comprehensive recordings,renovate forms of presentation,and uplift the ideological level,scientific nature,reference nature,timeliness,as well as practicality of local records to serve for the socialist modernization construction.
