摘　　要：梁寒冰是新中国新方志全国性编修活动的参与组织领导者。他坚持方志理论和实践相结合,既开展调查研究,又注重新方志学理论研究,其方志理论研究对当时全国各地的修志实践、新方志学的理论探讨及学科建设发挥了重要的指导和促进作用。通过回顾梁寒冰的著述、手稿以及档案,对他的方志理论和实践进行总结与提炼,以期对未来修志工作有借鉴意义。Liang Hanbin is one of the leaders who participated in the organization of nationwide new local records compilation in China after 1949.He insisted on combining local records theories with practices,engaging in investigation and research,while at the same time emphasizing research on new local records theories.His local records theoretical research played important roles in guiding and facilitating local records compilation practices all over the country at that time,as well as new local records studies theoretical discussions and academic subject construction.Through reviewing Liang Hanbin's writings,manuscripts,and archives,we summed up his local records theories and practices,in the hope of providing references for future local records compilation.
