对我国基本药物目录中儿童用药纳入及保障的思考

摘　　要：目的:为我国基本药物目录增加儿童药品提供纳入及完善建议。方法:统计分析《国家基本药物目录》中的儿童用药及儿童专用药情况,对比第8版与第9版《世界卫生组织儿童基本药物目录》在药品品种、剂型规格等方面的差异,对比2018年版《国家基本药物目录》与第9版《世界卫生组织儿童基本药物目录》的差异。结果与结论:第9版《世界卫生组织儿童基本药物目录》与第8版相比,儿童用药的分类、品种、剂型和规格的调整更丰富,合理性有所提高,能够更好地为各国选择和供应儿童基本药物提供指导,满足对基本医疗卫生保健的优先需求。我国2018年版《国家基本药物目录》与第9版《世界卫生组织儿童基本药物目录》相比,仍存在较大差距,建议相关部门制定符合中国国情的儿童基本药物目录,对儿童这一特殊用药群体进行细致的年龄段划分,鼓励儿童专用剂型、规格的研发。Objective:To provide suggestions for the inclusion and improvement of children's medicines in China's Essential Medicines List.Methods:The situation of pediatric medications and pediatric-specific drugs in the National Essential Medicines List was statistically analyzed,the differences in drug varieties,dosage forms,and specifications between the 8th and 9th editions of the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines for Children were compared,as well as the differences between the National Essential Medicines List(2018 edition)and the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines for Children(9th edition).Results and Conclusion:The 9th edition of the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines for Children had made richer adjustments in the classification,varieties,dosage forms,and specifications of pediatric medications compared to the 8th edition,improving their rationality.This provided better guidance for countries in selecting and supplying essential pediatric medications,meeting the priority needs of basic medical and health care.Compared with the 9th edition of the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines for Children,there was still a significant gap in China's National Essential Medicines List(2018 edition).It is recommended that relevant departments develop a pediatric essential medicines list that is in line with China's national conditions,make detailed age group divisions for children,and encourage the research and development of pediatric-specific dosage forms and specifications.
