摘 要:智能电机驱动技术在电泵远程监控与维护系统中的应用,标志着流体传输设备管理的重大进步。该技术通过集成传感器、通信与智能算法,实现了电泵的远程监控、故障诊断与预警,以及智能调度与优化,显著提升了系统的运行效率与可靠性。运维人员得以在远程监控中心实时掌握电泵状态,快速响应故障,有效降低了非计划停机与运维成本。然而,技术的广泛应用也面临着数据安全、设备兼容性及专业人才短缺等挑战。为此,建议加强数据加密与防护,推动标准化建设以提升设备兼容性,并加大对智能化技术人才的培养与引进力度。通过这些措施,将进一步推动电泵系统的智能化升级,为行业的高质量发展贡献力量。The application of intelligent motor drive technology in the remote monitoring and maintenance system of motor pump marks a significant progress in the management of fluid transmission equipment.By integrating the sensors,communication and intelligent algorithms,the technology realizes the remote monitoring,the fault diagnosis and early warning as well as the intelligent scheduling and optimization of motor pumps,which significantly improves the operating efficiency and reliability of the system.The operation and maintenance personnel can grasp the pump status in real time at the remote monitoring center and quickly respond to failures,which can effectively reduce the unplanned downtime and the operation and maintenance costs.However,the widespread adoption of the technology also faces the challenges such as data security,device compatibility and professional personnel shortage.Therefore,this paper recommends to strengthen the data encryption and protection,promote standardization construction and then improve the equipment compatibility,and increase the training and introduction intensities of intelligent technical personnel.Through these measures,it will further promote the intelligent upgrade of the motor pump system and contribute to the high-quality development of the industry.
