摘　　要：定期检查发现某型号电机铸铝转子首张硅钢片出现裂纹,现从电机设计、转子结构及工艺等方面对该问题进行分析,提供改进及优化方向,避免类似问题发生。Through the regular inspection,the cracks are found on the surface of first silicon steel sheet of cast-aluminum rotor of a certain type of motor.This paper analyzes the problem from the aspects of motor design,rotor structure and technology,which provides the improvement and optimization directions to avoid similar problems.
