摘　　要：住宅质量问题一直困扰着建筑行业的发展,随着房价的变动和住户维权意识的提高,住宅质量问题暴露更加频繁,社会面影响愈发突出。论文基于山东省某地市的住宅工程质量用户满意度评价,分析住宅工程质量常见问题的成因,并探究提出有针对性的应对措施。Residential quality problems have always plagued the development of the construction industry.With the change of housing prices and the improvement of residents'awareness of rights protection,residential quality problems are exposed more frequently,and the social impact is becoming more prominent.Based on the user satisfaction evaluation of residential engineering quality in a city in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the causes of common problems in residential engineering quality,and explores and proposes targeted countermeasures.
