摘　　要：在徐州市某新建项目施工过程中,为提高UHPC板一次安装合格率,项目部成立了QC活动小组,通过现状调查、原因分析等方法对施工现场UHPC板的施工质量情况进行调查,成功找出影响UHPC板施工质量的主要原因,针对要因制定了具体的实施对策。小组成员通过增加卡接槽板、开设限位孔及增加垂直度控制杆,显著提高了UHPC板的施工质量。此次研究成果不仅为项目创造了经济效益,也为该项目争创中国建设工程鲁班奖奠定了坚实基础。In the construction process of a new project in Xuzhou City,in order to improve the qualified rate of one-time installation of UHPC plate,the project department established a QC activity group.Through the current situation investigation,cause analysis and other methods,the construction quality of UHPC plate on the construction site was investigated,and the main reasons affecting the construction quality of UHPC plate were successfully found out,and specific implementation countermeasures were formulated for the main reasons.The team members significantly improved the construction quality of UHPC slabs by adding card slot plates,opening limit holes and adding verticality control rods.The research results not only create economic benefits for the project,but also lay a solid foundation for the project to win the Luban Award of China Construction Engineering.
