摘　　要：在全国自建房安全专项整治的大背景下,对于基层企业自建房而言,通常也存在在没有正规勘察与设计条件下建造,其建造缺乏有效的审查与监督,可能存在安全隐患。对于此类房屋的鉴定评估,首先需要查明是否存在使用安全隐患,若无此安全隐患是否存在抗震安全隐患。因此,对自建房进行全面的检测是必要的,并据此进行鉴定与评估,这也是为了证明自建房安全性是否满足、抗震性能是否满足,也为后续继续使用或处理后继续使用提供可靠的技术依据。论文以某电站砌体结构自建房的检测与鉴定评估为案例,总结了既有自建房鉴定评估及处置程序,总结了检测与鉴定的工作内容与方法,也提出了加固处理的方法,对类似工程检测、鉴定与加固有一定参考意义。In the context of the national special rectification of the safety of self-built houses,for the grass-roots enterprise self-built houses,there are usually no formal survey and design conditions,the construction of the lack of effective review and supervision,there may be security risks.For the identification and evaluation of such houses,the first thing is to find out whether there is a safety hazard,if there is no safety hazard whether there is a seismic safety hazard.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive test on the self-built house,and conduct identification and evaluation based on it,which is also to prove whether the safety and seismic performance of the self-built house meet the requirements,and also to provide a reliable technical basis for the subsequent continued use or treatment.This paper takes the detection and appraisal of self-built building of masonry structure of a power station as a case,summarizes the appraisal and disposal procedures of existing self-built building,summarizes the content and methods of detection and appraisal,and also puts forward the reinforcement treatment method,which has certain reference significance for similar engineering detection,appraisal and reinforcement.
