摘　　要：论文针对无机建筑涂料的对比率试样易出现开裂的情况,从减缓涂膜的干燥速度从而降低涂膜的固化应力的原理出发,提出了湿度养护的方法,制备了不开裂的无机建筑涂料的对比率试样。湿度养护方法制备的试样的对比率结果,与标准状态下制备的试样的对比率结果几乎一致。湿度养护方法的设备简单,并易于调控实验条件,可以作为制备无机建筑涂料对比率试样的一种方法。This article addresses the issue of cracking in the contrast ratio samples of inorganic building coatings.Starting from the principle of slowing down the drying rate of the coating and reducing the curing stress of the coating,a humidity conservation method is proposed to prepare non cracking contrast ratio samples of inorganic building coatings.The contrast ratio of the samples prepared by the humidity conservation method is almost the same as that of the samples prepared in standard state.The humidity conservation method has simple equipment and is easy to adjust experimental conditions,making it a method for preparing contrast ratio samples of inorganic building coatings.
