摘  要:针对某高速公路连拱隧道衬砌裂缝及混凝土崩块工程实例,基于该隧道浅埋偏压地质背景,首先对该隧道裂缝及混凝土崩块发展规律和病害特征进行了调查统计研究,总结分析了病害成因。研究认为,连拱隧道受力特征、浅埋偏压、洞口段的松散地质体侧移是导致该隧道连拱侧产生病害的主要因素,此外大气降水下渗、周边地震也是导致该隧道产生病害的重要因素。为进一步掌握该隧道的安装状态,选择重点断面开展了衬砌变形和衬砌表面受力自动化监测研究,连续7个月的监测结果显示,该隧道衬砌变形和衬砌表面受力仍有小范围增加趋势,威胁到隧道结构安全。基于监测结果及现场地质条件和连拱隧道施工特点,给出了采取衬砌垮塌预防措施、优化开挖方法、加强后期施工支护等处置建议。Aiming at the engineering example of lining cracks and concrete collapse of a highway multi-arch tunnel,and based on the geological background of shallow buried bias of the tunnel,the development law and disease characteristics of tunnel cracks and concrete collapse were investigated and analyzed.In addition,the causes of the disease were summarized and analyzed.It is concluded that the stress characteristics,shallow buried bias and lateral movement of loose geological body in the entrance section are the main factors leading to the diseases on the multi-arch side of the tunnel.Besides,the infiltration of atmospheric precipitation and surrounding earthquakes are also important factors leading to the diseases of the tunnel.In order to further understand the installation status of the tunnel,the automatic monitoring study of lining deformation and lining surface stress was carried out on selected key sections.The monitoring results for 7 consecutive months show that the deformation and lining surface stress of the tunnel are still increasing in a small range,which threatens the safety of the tunnel structure.Based on the monitoring results,site geological conditions and construction characteristics of multi-arch tunnel,some suggestions are put forward to prevent lining collapse,optimize excavation method and strengthen late construction support.
