摘  要:为响应国家环保要求,强化环保治理的管控力度,南京相继关停了周边的各类矿山,加上疫情的影响,混凝土原材的供应成本越来越高,促使混凝土生产企业在混凝土生产过程中掺入的活性材料越来越多,导致混凝土成型后出现爆灰现象频繁发生,给房屋质量安全带来严重隐患。本文以实际案例为基础,通过一系列试验评估爆灰产生的原因及对主体结构的影响,并根据试验评估结论,探究混凝土爆灰治理措施。In response to national environmental protection requirements and to strengthen the control of environmental governance,Nanjing has successively shut down various surrounding mines.In addition to the impact of the epidemic,the supply cost of concrete raw materials is becoming higher and higher,prompting concrete production enterprises to add more and more active materials in the concrete production process,leading to frequent occurrence of ash explosions after concrete formation,posing serious risks to the quality and safety of houses.This article is based on practical cases and evaluates the causes of explosive ash generation and its impact on the main structure through a series of experiments.Based on the conclusions of the experimental evaluation,it explores measures for controlling concrete explosive ash.
