摘 要:运用空间杜宾模型的偏微分方法研究发现,异质人力资本对经济增长的空间溢出效应是不同的,较高的人力资本具有正向空间经济溢出效应,较低的人力资本具有负向空间经济溢出效应,而且两种效应之间差距较大。其次,在以劳动力受教育程度区分高人力资本和低人力资本的前提下,高人力资本条件下的固定资产投资具有正向空间经济溢出效应,但其正向效应低于低人力资本条件下的正向效应;外商直接投资仅在高人力资本条件下具有较强的正向空间经济溢出效应;铁路里程在两种人力资本条件下对区域经济总是具有空间负向溢出效应。Via the partial differential approach of the Spatial Durbin Model(SDM),it reveals that heterogeneous human capital contributes differently to the spatial spillover effects on economic growth.Specifically,higher levels of human capital consistently generate positive spatial economic spillover effects,while lower levels of human capital result in negative spatial economic spillover effects,with a significant gap between the two impacts.Furthermore,under the classification of human capital based on the educational level of the workforce,fixed asset investments in regions with higher human capital also produce positive spatial economic spillovers,albeit less pronounced than those in regions with lower human capital.Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)exhibits strong positive spatial economic spillover effects only in regions with high human capital.Additionally,the extension of railway mileage invariably leads to negative spatial spillovers in regional economies,regardless of the level of human capital.
