摘 要:评价瓯江口水域生态健康状况,为该水域渔业资源保护和恢复提供科学依据。2021年5月和8月对瓯江口进行渔业资源调查,共采集到鱼类59种,隶属10目23科,较2007年历史资料减少了22种,新增9种。针对瓯江口鱼类种群结构及特征,选取鱼类总种类数、数量密度、重量密度、重量多样性指数、中上层鱼类比例、底层鱼类比例、石首鱼科鱼类比例、暖水性鱼类比例、底栖生物食性、鱼类比例、游泳动物食性鱼类比例、产浮性卵鱼类比例等11个指标构建了瓯江口鱼类完整性指数(F-IBI)评价体系。根据2021年渔业资源调查数据,参考历史资料确定评价标准,评价瓯江口水域健康状况。结果表明,在瓯江口18个采样点中,鱼类完整性健康等级为“较好”的有3个,“一般”的有10个,“较差”的有5个。与2007年相比,瓯江口鱼类生物完整性整体呈下降趋势,过度捕捞、大规模围填海等人类活动可能是造成该现象的重要因素。Oujiang River estuary provides excellent fish spawning and foraging due to rich nutrients,and it is an important part of the Wentai fishing ground.However,fishery resources in the Oujiang River estuary have gradually declined in recent years,leading to a decrease in biodiversity.In this study,we con-structed a fish-based index of biotic integrity(F-IBI)for evaluating the health of Oujiang River estuary.We aimed to provide a scientific reference to support ecological restoration and conservation of fishery re-sources in the estuary.F-IBI construction was based on bottom trawl survey data of fish resources at 18 sampling stations in Oujiang River estuary in May and August 2021.The biological measurements of the fish samples were recorded,and the community structure was analyzed,using fishery survey data from 2007 as the reference point.Of 20 candidate metrics,11 metrics were selected,based on fish population structure and characteristics.The F-IBI metrics included:total number of fish species,fish number densi-ty,fish weight density,Shannon-Wiener diversity index by weight,and the proportions of pelagic fish spe-cies,benthic fish species,pelagic Sciaenidae species,warm water fish species,fish species feeding on ben-thic animals,fish species feeding on swimming animals,and fish species with floating eggs.The F-IBI value of Oujiang River estuary was calculated using a scale of 1,3 and 5,and five grades of biological in-tegrity were set according to the F-IBI value.A total of 59 fish species from 23 families and 10 orders were collected in 2021,with 22 species not collected and 9 new species collected compared to the histori-cal data from 2007.Among the 18 sampling stations in Oujiang River estuary,the health status was good at three stations,fair at ten stations,and poor at five stations.Since 2007,the F-IBI in Oujiang River estu-ary has decreased and is attributed to human activities such as overfishing and large-scale reclamation projects.The F-IBI based evaluation of Oujiang River estuary health was generally cons
