摘  要:磁场调制技术利用磁场谐波产生电磁转矩,同时也会对电机损耗、效率、噪声产生一定影响。分析了磁场调制技术对电机磁场谐波的影响,揭示了谐波对电机转矩特性的影响机理。分析并对比了实测电流下的径向电磁力,揭示了不同磁场谐波对主要径向电磁力的影响。提出了基于高阶磁导调制结构的噪声抑制技术,改善了磁场调制技术产生的主要径向电磁力,降低了压缩机电机的噪声,提高了磁场调制技术在压缩机电机中的应用价值,并通过实验验证了技术的有效性。The magnetic field modulation method generates electromagnetic torque by utilizing the magnetic-field harmonics,which also significantly affects losses,efficiency,and noise.The influence of the magnetic field modulation technology on the magnetic-field harmonics of the motor was analyzed,and the influencing mechanism of harmonics on the torque characteristics was revealed.The radial electromagnetic force of the motor under the measured current was analyzed and compared.The influence of different magnetic-field harmonics on the main radial electromagnetic force was revealed.A noise suppression technology based on the high-order permeance modulation structure was proposed,which improved the main radial electromagnetic force generated by the magnetic field modulation technology was improved,reduced the noise of compressor was reduced,and enhanced the application value of the magnetic field modulation technology in the compressor motor.The validity of the magnetic field modulation technology was verified by the experiments.
