摘 要:三相异步电动机运行一般采用变频调速控制方法,按照负载固定模式实现调压节能控制,但其应用在多负载工况下容易使电动机运行能耗较高。为了在多负载工况下降低电机运行能耗,提出基于频繁项集的三相异步电动机调压节能自寻优控制技术。利用频繁项集挖掘技术筛选海量三相异步电动机运行数据,明确电动机动态运行能耗规律。构建调压节能自寻优控制框架,以电气总损耗最小为目标设计控制参数自寻优函数。运用改进鲸鱼优化算法进行迭代优化求解,实现调压节能自寻优控制。实验结果表明:该控制技术实施后,三相异步电动机在负载变化情况下电气总损耗低于18 W,表现出较优的节能控制效果。The operation of three-phase asynchronous motors generally adopts frequency conversion speed regulation method to achieve voltage regulation and energy-saving control according to the fixed load mode,its application in multi load conditions can easily lead to high energy consumption during motor operation.In order to reduce the energy consumption of motor operation under multiple load conditions,a voltage regulation energy-saving self optimization control technology for three-phase asynchronous motors based on frequent itemsets was proposed.Using frequent itemset mining techniques to screen massive three-phase asynchronous motor operation data and clarify the dynamic energy consumption law of the motor.Construct a voltage regulation and energy-saving self optimization control framework,and design a control parameter self optimization function with the goal of minimizing total electrical losses.Using improved whale optimization algorithm for iterative optimization solution,achieving self optimization control for voltage regulation and energy saving.The experimental results show that after the implementation of this control technology,the total electrical loss of the three-phase asynchronous motor under load changes was less than 18 W,demonstrating excellent energy-saving control effect.
