摘 要:燃油齿轮泵是航空发动机控制系统的核心单元,现阶段我国已掌握燃油齿轮泵自主设计能力,且全面覆盖现有发动机控制系统的基本性能指标,如何进一步提升燃油齿轮泵的寿命及可靠性是行业亟需解决的关键问题。在新一代先进航空发动机中,燃油齿轮泵长期服役在高速、高温、高压、低介质黏度极端工况中,其摩擦副润滑失效以及侧板困油空化极易引发燃油泵故障,是制约航空发动机的安全可靠服役的关键难题。本文归纳了长寿命、高可靠燃油齿轮泵设计亟需解决的关键技术,给出了燃油齿轮泵摩擦副材料、润滑机理建模与测试、困油空化及卸荷槽设计的研究进展,结合燃油齿轮泵实际设计难题和未来技术发展,剖析了上述研究中所面临的挑战及问题,为行业研究人员突破燃油齿轮泵的长寿命、高可靠设计提供了指导方向。Fuel gear pump is an important power component of aero-engine control system.China’s inde⁃pendent design ability has covered the basic performance indicators of the existing engine control system,how to further improve the life and reliability of fuel gear pump is a key issue that needs to be solved in the industry.In the new generation of advanced aero engine,the fuel gear pump has been in service for a long time in the extreme conditions of high speed,high temperature,high pressure and low medium viscosity,and its friction lubrication failure and the oil trapped cavitation of the side plate are easy to cause the failure of the fuel pump,which is the key problem restricting the safe and reliable service of the aero engine.This article summarizes the key technolo⁃gies that need to be solved in the design of long-life and high-reliability fuel gear pumps,provides research prog⁃ress on friction pair materials,lubrication mechanism modeling and testing,trapped oil cavitation and unloading groove design for fuel pumps,analyzes the challenges and problems faced by fuel pumps in the above research,and combines with the actual design difficulties and future technological developments of fuel pumps,which pro⁃vides guidance for industry researchers to break through the long-life,high-reliability design of fuel gear pumps.
