摘 要:为满足燃气轮机喷嘴雾化质量的稳定性以及宽燃油调节范围的双重需求,提出一种双路单喷口离心喷嘴结构。利用高速摄影和马尔文仪,研究了喷嘴在三种供油模式下的流量特性和雾化特性(空气核芯、雾化锥角和索泰尔平均直径(SMD))。研究结果表明:双路单喷口离心喷嘴在双路同开时的总燃油流量小于主副油路单独供油时的燃油流量之和,且主副分路的流量占比保持不变。当主副油路旋流件的流道数均为4时,主副分路的流量占比为56.8%∶43.2%。与副油路单开相比,双路同开时的燃油流量最大提高了57.6%,雾化锥角减小了11%。与主油路单开相比,双路同开时的SMD在大流量工况下显著减小;将副油路旋流件流道数改为2时,主副分路的流量占比变为69.3%∶30.7%。流量占比的改变不会影响双路单喷口离心喷嘴在双路同开时的雾化锥角,但会影响喷雾的雾化粒径。副油路流量占比越高,双路同开时的雾化粒径越细,雾化性能越好。通过匹配双路单喷口离心喷嘴主副旋流件的结构参数,拓宽了燃油流量的调节范围,优化了高流量工况下的雾化锥角和雾化质量。In order to meet the dual requirements of stable atomization quality and wide fuel adjustment range of gas turbine nozzle,a duplex atomizer structure was proposed.Using high-speed photography and Mal⁃vern instrument,the flow characteristics and atomization characteristics(air core,spray cone angle and Sauter mean diameter(SMD))of the nozzle under three fuel supply modes were studied.The experimental results are as follows:when the two fuel circuits are supplied at the same time,the flow percentage of the primary and sec⁃ondary fuel circuits always remains unchanged,and the total flow is smaller than the sum of the flow of the prima⁃ry and secondary fuel circuits when they are supplied individually.When the number of flow channels of the pri⁃mary and secondary swirl parts is both 4,the flow ratio of the primary and secondary fuel circuits is 56.8%∶43.2%.Compared with the single operation of the secondary fuel circuits,the fuel flow rate of the two circuits in the same operation increases by 57.6%at the maximum,and the spray cone angle decreases by 11%.Compared with the single operation of the primary fuel circuits,the SMD decreases significantly under the condition of large flow.When changing the number of flow channels of the secondary swirl part to 2,the flow ratio of the primary and secondary fuel circuits becomes 69.3%∶30.7%.The change of flow ratio does not affect the size of the spray cone angle,but it will affect the atomizing particle size of the spray.In the case of dual-circuits simultaneous fu⁃el supply,the higher the percentage of the secondary fuel flow,the finer the atomized particle size and the better the atomization performance.By optimizing the structural parameters of the primary and secondary swirler in the atomizer,the fuel flow regulation range is expanded,and the spray cone angle and quality of atomization under high-flow conditions have been optimized.
