摘　　要：本试验旨在了解不同规格植绒拭子、医用棉签对动物疫病病毒吸附和释放的效果。选取不同规格植绒拭子、医用棉签测定吸水性能;选取RNA病毒和DNA病毒作为释放回收的目标物,通过PCR方法比较不同植绒拭子和医用棉签的病毒回收情况。结果表明,松散型医用棉签吸水能力明显高于植绒拭子和紧密型医用棉签(P<0.05);植绒拭子中水滴型植绒毛绒头(植绒拭子1、2)的吸水性能明显比圆柱型植绒毛绒头(植绒拭子3)强(P<0.05);植绒拭子病毒释放的效果优于医用棉签拭子。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the adsorption and release effects of different size flocking swab and medical cotton swab on animal disease virus.Flocking swabs of different sizes and medical cotton swabs were selected to determine the water absorption performance.RNA virus and DNA virus were selected as the targets for release and recovery,and the virus recovery of different flocking swabs and medical cotton swabs was compared by PCR method.The results showed that the water absorption capacity of loose medical cotton swab was significantly higher than that of flocking swab and compact medical cotton swab(P<0.05).Water absorption performance of droplet type flocking pile(flocking swab 1,2)was better than that of cylinder type flocking pile(flocking swab 3)(P<0.05).The virus release effect of flocking swab was better than medical cotton swab.
