摘  要:采用LC/MS检测方法测定互花米草在不同生长期活性物质对香豆酸、绿原酸和苜蓿素的含量,为其开发利用资提供理论依据。结果表明,互花米草不同生长期对香豆酸、绿原酸和苜蓿素的含量不同,三者变化规律均为先升高后下降,到8月份对香豆酸、苜蓿素含量最高值分别为8.874μg/g、2.322μg/g;而绿原酸含量最高值出现在9月份,为3.967μg/g,但与8月份的含量差异不显著。因此,如果主要目的在于提取该三种活性物质,互花米草应在8月至9月采收。The contents of p-coumaric acid,chlorogenic acid and tricin in different growth stages of Spartina alterniflora Loisel were determined by LC/MS detection method,to provide theoretical basis for development and utilization.The results showed that the contents of p-coumaric acid,chlorogenic acid and tricin were different in different growth stages of Spartina alterniflora Loisel.The changes of the contents of p-coumaric acid,chlorogenic acid and tricin were first increased and then decreased,and the highest values of p-coumaric acid and tricin were 8.874μg/g and 2.322μg/g in August,respectively;The highest content of chlorogenic acid(3.967μg/g)appeared in September,but there was no significant difference between the content and that in August.Therefore,if the three active substances are mainly extracted,Spartina alterniflora Loise should be harvested from August to September.
