摘  要:针对大数据时代信息系统监理面临的挑战,文章提出了一种综合性的质量控制模型与评价体系。首先,文章分析了大数据环境下的监理特点及面临的挑战,明确了数据复杂性、技术集成、评价体系构建等关键问题,根据问题构建质量控制模型,包括模型架构、动态调整机制、实施流程、关键要素保障;其次,进行质量评价体系设计,包括评价指标体系构建、评价方法选择、实施流程与机制建立;最后,通过案例进行分析与实证,得出该质量控制模型和评价体系能够显著提升监理效率与精确度,增强决策科学性,促进质量持续改进,能够实现跨部门协同优化工作,有助于技术与管理创新,从而促使监理工作更加智能化、精细化,提升行业的整体服务水平。In response to the challenges faced by information system supervision in the era of big data,this article proposes a comprehensive quality control model and evaluation system.Firstly,the characteristics and challenges of supervision in the big data environment were analyzed,and key issues such as data complexity,technology integration,and evaluation system construction were identified.Construct a quality control model design based on the problem,including model architecture,dynamic adjustment mechanism,implementation process and key element assurance.Secondly,design a quality evaluation system,including the construction of evaluation indicators,selection of evaluation methods,and establishment of implementation processes and mechanisms.Finally,through case analysis and empirical evidence,it is concluded that the quality control model and evaluation system can significantly improve supervision efficiency and accuracy,enhance decision-making scientificity,promote continuous quality improvement,achieve cross departmental collaborative optimization work,contribute to technological and management innovation,and promote more intelligent and refined supervision work,thereby improving the overall service level of the industry.
