闽南地区骑楼建筑保护修缮研究

摘　　要：闽南地区骑楼建筑是具有地域建筑特色、契合闽南气候特点的商业、住宅建筑形式。建筑蕴含丰富的历史价值、人文价值,但由于材料老化、维护不当等问题,大量骑楼建筑亟待修缮保护。本文系统介绍了闽南地区骑楼建筑保护修缮的成套技术,包括修缮目的、目标、原则、类型,以及查勘与安全评估、修缮材料、修缮设计、修缮施工等具体的实施技术,以更好地指导闽南地区骑楼建筑的保护修缮工作。The Qilou buildings in southern Fujian Province were once one of the most regional economy architectural forms that fit the climate characteristics of southern Fujian.Due to aging materials,improper maintenance and other problems,a large number of Qilou buildings need preservation and restoration.This paper systematically introduces the complete set of technologies for the conservation and repair of Qilou buildings in southern Fujian,including the purpose,goal,principle and type of the repair,as well as specific implementation technologies from the aspects of survey and safety assessment,repair materials,repair design and repair construction.It can better guide the protection and repair work of the Qilou buildings in southern Fujian Province.
