摘 要:针对某多层砖混结构历史建筑的安全性评估与加固处理进行了深入研究。随着城市的发展与商业需求的增加,此类建筑的安全性与可靠性成为关注焦点。通过对房屋结构的现场调查、检测与安全性评估,发现部分建筑存在结构裂缝、损伤、倾斜及不均匀沉降等问题,其安全度水平可能低于现行国家标准。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的加固处理方案,包括铲除损坏混凝土、加设钢筋、采用置换、绕丝、粘钢等加固技术,旨在恢复和提高房屋结构的承载能力。此外,本文还探讨了加固过程中的施工技术和质量控制要点,以确保加固效果达到设计要求。本研究不仅为类似建筑的安全性评估与加固处理提供参考,也为城市更新与改造提供了科学依据。This paper conducts in-depth analysis on the inspection,assessment,and strengthening of a historical brick and concrete building.With the development of cities and the increase in commercial demand,the safety and reliability of such buildings have become a focus of attention.Through on-site investigation,testing,and assessment of the building structure,it was found that some buildings have problems such as structural cracks,damage,tilting,and uneven settlement,and their safety level may be lower than the current national standards.In response to these issues,this article proposes corresponding strengthening solutions,including removing damaged concrete,adding steel bars,using strengthening techniques such as displacement,wire winding,and sticking steel,aiming to restore and improve the bearing capacity of the building structure.In addition,this article also explores the construction techniques and quality control points during the strengthening process to ensure that the strengthening effect meets the design requirements.This study not only provides reference for the detection,assessment,and strengthening treatment of similar buildings,but also provides scientific basis for urban renewal and renovation.
