摘 要:本文结合工程实例,对预制混凝土外挂墙板设计中的连接节点进行设计研究,从外挂墙板适应主体结构的变形入手,分析连接节点中震弹性且大震不屈服;计算墙板支座反力用于节点设计时,要按节点实际刚度带入墙板进行计算;进行节点的有限元分析时要将墙板、主体结构楼层、连接节点整体建模验算;主要研究一种点支承转动型预制混凝土外挂墙板的连接节点,通过对该节点的设计、有限元验算,表明该节点受力性能良好、构造简单、施工方便。This article combines engineering examples to design and study the connection nodes in the design of precast concrete external wall panels.Starting from the deformation of the main structure that the external wall panels adapt to,it analyzes the seismic elasticity of the connection nodes and their failure to yield during large earthquakes;When calculating the reaction force of wall panel supports for node design,it is necessary to input the actual stiffness of the node into the wall panel for calculation;When conducting finite element analysis of nodes,the overall modeling and verification of wall panels,main structural floors,and connecting nodes should be carried out;The main research focuses on the connection node of a point supported rotating precast concrete external wall panel.Through the design and finite element verification of this node,it is shown that it has good stress performance,simple structure,and convenient construction.
