某轻钢屋面抗风承载力计算分析

摘　　要：台风过后某运功馆轻钢屋面彩钢板局部掀起,现场抽取部分构件进行截面尺寸复核,并对彩钢板的力学性能进行检测,在此基础上,分析比较了在设计基本风压以及考虑台风实际风压两种工况下彩钢板的承载能力,验算结果表明,在设计基本风压情况下彩钢板承载力满足规范要求,在超强台风的影响下,瞬时风压可能超过设计基本风压,边缘区彩钢板承载力不满足规范要求。根据现场检测及验算结果,对轻钢屋面局部损毁的可能原因进行了分析,并提出了修复处理方案。After the typhoon,the color steel sheet on the lightweight steel roof of a sports hall was partially destroyed.Some components were selected on site for cross-sectional size review,and the mechanical properties of the color steel sheet were tested.The bearing capacity of the color steel sheet was analyzed and compared under two working conditions:the reference wind pressure and the actual wind pressure of the typhoon.The verification results showed that the bearing capacity of the color steel sheet met the specification requirements under the reference wind pressure.Under the influence of an ultra-strong typhoon,the instantaneous wind pressure may exceed the reference wind pressure,and the bearing capacity of the color steel sheet in the edge area did not meet the specification requirements.Based on on-site inspection and verification results,the possible causes of local damage to the lightweight steel roof were analyzed,and a repair plan was proposed.
