摘 要:依托某输水隧洞爆破下穿文保窑址工程,采用数值模拟的方法研究隧洞爆破、开挖施工对地表(窑址)质点振动速度和变形的影响。研究表明,深埋隧洞爆破对地表(窑址)的振动影响显著大于开挖影响,通过降低最大单段药量可有效降低质点振动速度,从而保证爆破引起窑址的质点振速符合规范安全限值。此外,结合工程经验及现有文献,针对施工期间常见的风险提供相应的措施,为类似工程提供参考。Relying on the blasting and tunneling project of a water conveyance tunnel passing beneath a cultural heritage kiln site,a numerical simulation method was employed to study the impact of tunnel blasting and excavation on the particle velocity and deformation of surface(kiln site).The research indicates that the particle impact of deep-buried tunnel blasting on the surface(kiln site)is significantly greater than the deformation impact.By reducing the maximum charge of explosives,the particle velocity can be effectively reduced,thereby ensuring that the particle velocity caused by blasting on the kiln site complies with the safety limits specified by code.Furthermore,drawing on engineering experience and existing literature,corresponding measures are provided for common risks encountered during construction,providing a reference for similar projects.
