摘　　要：本文针对建设工程质量保障的重要性,探讨了建设工程检测人员职业能力的评价方法。文章介绍了福建省《建设工程检测人员职业能力评价标准》的构建,包括职业能力标准和评价体系的框架,以及评价指标的具体内容。并进一步探讨了具体评价方法的选择和实施,提出了综合运用定量和定性分析的建议,并讨论了评价实施的主体和流程。总结了评价体系对于提升检测人员专业水平、保障工程质量、促进行业健康发展的重要意义。本文的研究可为建设工程检测人员职业能力评价提供实践指导,也可为相关行业和部门提供参考和借鉴。In view of the importance of quality assurance of construction engineering,this paper discusses the evaluation method of the professional ability of construction engineering testing personnel.This paper introduces the construction of the"Professional ability evaluation standards for construction project quality inspector"in Fujian province,including the framework of professional ability standards and evaluation systems,as well as the specific content of evaluation indicators.It further discusses the selection and implementation of the evaluation methods,puts forward suggestions for the comprehensive usage of quantitative and qualitative analysis,and discusses the subject and process of evaluation implementation.It summarizes the importance of the evaluation system in improving the professional level of testing personnel,ensuring project quality,and promoting the healthy development of the industry.The research in this paper can provide practical guidance for the evaluation of the professional ability of construction engineering testing personnel,and can also provide references for related industries and departments.
