摘  要:在高速铁路联调联试中,机务专业承担着牵引动车组高速运行的任务,特别在相关安全装备未投入使用阶段,承受着巨大的安全压力。从机务系统动车专业的岗位作业实际出发,参照《杭温高铁联调联试试验大纲》要求,结合中国铁路上海局集团有限公司杭州机辆段在杭台、湖杭、杭温等高铁线路联调联试中的试验过程、产生问题等,研究试验动车组的联调联试工作重点,提前研判试验动车组运行安全存在的风险及难点,针对性地制定安全控制措施并进行技术创新。实践表明,该安全控制方法能够有效控制风险,提升高速铁路联调联试试验效率。In the integrated commissioning&test of HSRs,the locomotive discipline undertakes the task of hauling the EMU for high-speed operation.Especially in the stage when relevant safety equipment is not put into use,it bears huge safety pressure.Based on the actual operational practices of various roles within the EMU discipline of the locomotive operation and maintenance system,and in alignment with the Program for Integrated Commissioning&Test of Hangzhou-Wenzhou HSR,this paper analyzes the test processes and issues of the integrated commissioning&test on Hangzhou-Taizhou,Huzhou-Hangzhou,and Hangzhou-Wenzhou HSRs conducted by Hangzhou Locomotive Depot,China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.Furthermore,it investigates the key focus areas for the integrated commissioning&test of high-speed EMUs.The objective is to proactively assess the risks and challenges related to the operation safety of test EMUs,develop targeted safety control measures,and promote technological innovation.Practice demonstrates that this safety control approach effectively manages risks and enhances the efficiency of integrated commissioning&test of HSRs.
