高速铁路联调联试调度命令发布场景优化研究

摘  要:高速铁路联调联试过程中,试验列车根据地面信号机允许运行的信号或列控车载设备允许运行的速度值运行,由调度员向列车司机发布调度命令来指挥列车运行。通过分析特殊场景调度命令发布情况,结合联调联试试验计划提前制定的特点,在联调联试行车组织办法中明确特殊场景不再发布调度命令,并在联调联试运输组织日计划中公布试验内容,实现有计划的特殊场景。调度员无须发布调度命令,有利于减轻调度员、司机的工作量;有利于提前将相关内容在运输组织日计划中公布,以便相关人员掌握;还有利于在确保安全的前提下,进一步提高联调联试效率,为高速铁路联调联试安全、高效开展提供技术规章支撑。During the integrated commissioning&test of high speed railways,after the train dispatcher correctly and timely outlines and issues the train operation plan,the station operator either manually sets the train route or activates it via the CTC system.The train under test continues operation based on the permission from trackside signals or at the speeds approved by the onboard train control equipment.On this basis,the dispatcher has to command the train operation by issuing dispatch commands to the driver.By analyzing dispatch command issuance in special scenarios and considering the characteristics of preparing integrated commissioning&test plans in advance,it is specified in the train operation organization method for integrated commissioning&test that dispatch commands shall no longer be issued in special scenarios.Furthermore,the test contents shall be included in the daily transport organization plan for integrated commissioning&test,to realize special scenarios under the plan.Dispatchers do not need to issue dispatch commands,which helps reduce the workload of dispatchers and drivers.This also facilitates the advance release of relevant content in the daily transport organization plan,enabling personnel to be well informed.Moreover,this enhances the efficiency of integrated commissioning&test,ensures safety,and provides technical regulatory support for the safe and efficient HSR integrated commissioning&test.
