摘　　要：高速铁路联调联试是一项跨多个专业领域的综合性工作,具有时间跨度长、结合部问题多、安全风险大等特点,对运输组织日计划编制人员综合素质要求较高。通过结合南昌局集团公司近年来高速铁路联调联试运输组织日计划编制前的准备工作和工作要点,提出加强联调联试专项培训工作、建立重点运输信息通报制度、严格按大纲要求开展试验、完善切除控车功能安全卡控措施、进一步明确试验动车组切除部分制动力时行车相关规定、规范ITC测试项目等建议,希望进一步提升高速铁路联调联试日计划的编制质量,进而从计划源头上降低联调联试安全风险。The integrated commissioning&test of high speed rails is a complex task spanning multiple professional fields.It is characterized by a long duration,many interface issues,and significant safety risks,requiring the personnel preparing daily transport organization plans to possess a high level of comprehensive skills.In combination with the preparatory work and main working points of daily transport organization plans for high speed rail integrated commissioning&test by China Railway Nanchang Group Co.,Ltd.in recent years,this paper puts forward proposals such as strengthening the special training for integrated commissioning&test,setting up a notification system for key transport information,carrying out the tests in strict accordance with the requirements of the outline,perfecting the safety measures for cutting off the train control function,further clarifying the relevant regulations on the operation of the test EMUs when the braking force is partially cut off,and regulating the ITC test items,aiming to enhance the plan preparation quality and subsequently decrease the safety risks of integrated commissioning&test at the planning stage.
