摘 要:针对川青铁路联调联试期间和运营后接触网动态性能指数(CDI)变化问题,从张力和跨距等因素系统分析CDI不达标的原因,重点研究接触网张力对弹性、弹性不均匀度及波动传播系数的影响,以及定位点和吊弦处波动传播状态;对川青铁路不同张力配比情况进行有限元仿真分析,通过现场实施和效果验证,发现采取增设吊弦并预留正弛度和增加张力的方法,均能有效解决CDI不达标问题,而且增加张力的方法更经济,对今后高铁接触网设计时张力选型、联调联试及运营期间CDI不达标整治有参考意义。In view of changes in the catenary dynamic index(CDI)during integrated commissioning&test and the subsequent operation of Sichuan-Qinghai Railway,this paper systematically analyzes the reasons for CDI non-compliance,focusing on factors such as tension and span.It examines the influence of catenary tension on elasticity,elastic non-uniformity,and fluctuation propagation coefficient,as well as the fluctuation propagation condition at registration points and droppers.Finite element simulation analysis is carried out across various tension ratios specific to Sichuan-Qinghai Railway.Field implementation and performance verification reveal that CDI non-compliance can be effectively addressed through measures such as the use of additional droppers,reserving positive sag,and increasing tension.Notably,enhancing tension proves to be the most cost-effective solution.This study offers valuable insights for tension selection in high speed railway catenary design,integrated commissioning&test,and improvement of CDI non-compliance during operation.
