摘  要:铁路新线开通时,需要高效有序地组织供电SCADA系统开展调试工作,科学合理地运用调试方法,完成各项功能的完整调试与功能验证,以保障正式运营后实时监控供电系统运行、指挥故障处理。通过研究湖杭高铁、甬金铁路等线路的联调联试工作,分析SCADA系统既有调试原则,研判制约调试进度的因素。结合杭温高铁调试工作,通过调查线路施工情况,针对地形复杂、既有线多等特性,从时间、空间着手分析调试现状、制约因素,严格控制前期准备、后期联调联试工作,确保了全过程控制;针对调试特性,提出现场调试验收特定模式,对调试项目精细化分类,实施模块化分类调试,提高了调试效率。When a new railway line is put into operation,it is necessary to efficiently and orderly organize the power supply SCADA system to carry out commissioning test and scientifically and reasonably use commissioning methods to complete the whole commissioning and verification of all functions.This aims to ensure real-time monitoring of the power supply system and command fault treatment after formal operation.By studying the integrated commissioning&test of lines such as Huzhou-Hangzhou HSR and Ningbo-Jinhua Railway,this paper analyzes the existing commissioning principles for SCADA systems and assesses the factors that hinder the commissioning progress.Based on the commissioning and test of Hangzhou-Wenzhou HSR and the investigation of railway construction conditions,this paper analyzes the current commissioning status and constraints related to the complex terrain and numerous existing lines from both temporal and spatial perspectives.The preliminary preparation and the subsequent integrated commissioning&test are tightly controlled to ensure the whole-process control.In light of commissioning characteristics,this paper proposes a model for on-site commissioning acceptance,which involves a detailed classification of commissioning items and the implementation of modular classification for commissioning.This approach can significantly improve commissioning efficiency.
