摘 要:减速器是玉米收割机传动系统的核心部件,其传动效率是减速器的关键性能指标,直接影响整机性能和能源利用效率。玉米减速器为多级齿轮传动,结构复杂,难以对其传动效率进行有效分析与优化。首先构建了玉米减速器传动效率数学模型,通过分析提取了影响传动效率的关键工况参数与结构参数,然后基于Romax软件的仿真分析功能分别研究了相关参数对传动效率的影响规律,在此基础上基于5个关键参数构建正交试验方案,通过传动效率仿真分析进行正交试验,实现了玉米收割机减速器的传动效率参数优选。对比分析表明,采用优选的玉米减速器相关参数,传动效率可达95.40%,相对于优化前提高1.33%,优化效果明显。The gearbox is a core component of the corn harvester′s powertrain system,and its transmission efficiency is a key performance indicator that directly impacts the overall machine performance and energy utilization efficiency.The corn gearbox adopts a multi-stage gear transmission,with a complex structure,making it difficult to effectively analyze and optimize its transmission efficiency.First,constructed a mathematical model of the corn gearbox transmission efficiency.Through analysis,it extracted the key operating parameters and structural parameters that influence the transmission efficiency.Then,based on the simulation analysis function of Romax software,it separately studied the influence laws of the relevant parameters on the transmission efficiency.On this basis,an orthogonal experimental scheme was constructed based on five key parameters,and orthogonal experiments were carried out through transmission efficiency simulation analysis to realize the parameter optimization of the corn harvester gearbox transmission efficiency.Comparative analysis showed that with the optimized corn gearbox related parameters,the transmission efficiency could reach 95.40%,which was an increase of 1.33%compare to the pre-optimization,demonstrating a significant optimization effect.
