摘 要:为提升某MPV商用车的双叉臂悬架异构体性能,以优化不符合理想范围的悬架性能参数为目标,基于响应面法和NSGA-Ⅱ多目标优化方法对该悬架进行优化设计。首先搭建双叉臂悬架异构体多体动力学模型,进行双轮平行跳动仿真试验。然后进行灵敏度分析,挑选设计变量;其次以优化拉丁超立方方法进行实验设计,使用响应面法拟合近似面模型,并验证模型精度。最后利用NSGA-Ⅱ多目标优化算法优化近似面模型,将优化后结果进行仿真验证。结果表明,双叉臂悬架异构体性能参数有了有效提升,同时验证了优化方法的有效性和可行性。In order to improve the performance of the double wishbone suspension isomer of an MPV commercial vehicle,with the goal of optimizing suspension performance parameters that do not meet the ideal range,and optimizes the design of the suspension based on the response surface method and the NSGA-II multi-objective optimization method.Firstly,a multi-body dynamic model of the isomer of the double wishbone suspension was built,and the simulation test of parallel runout of the two wheels was carried out.Sensitivity analysis was then performed to select design variablesꎻsecondly,the experimental design was carried out by the optimized Latin hypercube method,and the approximate surface model was fitted by the response surface method,and the accuracy of the model was verified.Finally,the NSGA-II multi-objective optimization algorithm was used to optimize the approximate surface model,and the optimized results were simulated and verified.The results showed that the performance parameters of the double wishbone suspension isomer were effectively improved,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization method were verified.
