摘 要:某乘用车型由于吹面风道风口出风导向结构布置受限以及风口局部曲面的外观需求,在出风口壳体面后存在连续斜面结构时,吹面出风气流与风口局部曲面结构易产生康达效应,影响夏季车内乘员的降温舒适效果。为解决这一问题,应用CFD分析方法计算吹面风口的出风方向,进行流场分析,并通过优化风口局部曲面结构改善风口局部康达效应影响。优化后的结构满足吹面风口出风方向设计要求,改善了乘员舱的夏季降温舒适性。Due to the limited layout of the air duct and the appearance requirement,when there was a continuous sloping structure behind the surface of the air outlet shell,the air flow and the local structure of the air duct are easy to make a coanda effect,and the air flow cannot blow the dummy head,affecting the cooling comfort effect of the occupants in summer.Based on the results of flow analysis,the local structure of the orifice was optimized to improve the coanda effect.Atfer optimization,the design requirements of the orifice air direction were met,and the cooling comfort of the passenger cabin in summer was further improvd.
