摘 要:以6PK多楔带为研究对象,对多楔带切向滑移噪声摩擦耦机理进行分析,并给出多楔带耦合摩擦接触表面的法向主频率的理论计算公式,耦合振动的频率大小只与多楔带带系的质量和正向接触刚度值有关,切向滑移时发生耦合振动会产生强烈的摩擦滑移噪声。通过实验的方法测量出切向滑移噪声和多楔带沿法向振动的时域信号,并对测得的时域信号进行拉普拉斯变换得到振动与噪声的频域信号,并对频域信号进行分析,分析得出摩擦噪声主要是由于多楔带沿法向振动产生的。并通过变换张紧力和切向滑移速度,测量研究切向滑移噪声的峰值频率,发现峰值频率在4300 Hz,上下为120 Hz的范围内波动,符合摩擦耦机理。This experiment takes 6PK multi wedge belt as the research object,analyzes the friction coupling mechanism of tangential slip noise in multi wedge belt,and provides a theoretical calculation formula for the normal main frequency of the multi wedge belt coupled friction contact surface.The frequency of the coupled vibration was only related to the mass and forward contact stiffness value of the multi wedge belt system.When tangential slip occurs,coupled vibration will produce strong friction slip noise.By experimental methods,the time-domain signals of tangential slip noise and normal vibration of multi wedge bands were measured,and the frequency-domain signals of vibration and noise were obtained by Laplace transform of the measured time-domain signals.The frequency-domain signals were analyzed,and it was found that the friction noise was mainly caused by the normal vibration of multi wedge bands.And by changing the tension and tangential slip velocity,the peak frequency of tangential slip noise was measured and studied.It was found that the peak frequency fluctuated within the range of 4300 Hz and 120 Hz,which conforms to the frictional coupling mechanism.
