摘 要:螺栓连接是复合材料连接结构的薄弱点,严重限制着复合材料整体连接结构的承载能力。铺层优化能够有效提高复合材料螺栓连接结构的承载能力,提升复合材料的使用效率。以碳纤维复合材料层合板3螺栓双搭接连接结构为研究对象,通过在原有层合板上分别增加不同角度的等厚度铺层、对比不同角度铺层所提升的连接强度的方式,探究铺层角度对连接强度的影响。结果表明,增加0°铺层对提高结构连接强度的影响最大、±45°铺层次之、90°铺层影响最小。在此基础上,采用铺层厚度优化与铺层顺序优化得到了该连接结构的层合板在连接强度最大时的铺层优化结果,优化后铺层结构的连接强度较未优化结构提升了39.3%。The bolted connection was the weak point of the composite connection structure,which seriously limits the bearing capacity of the whole composite connection structure.The overlay optimization could effectively improve the bearing capacity of the bolted composite structure and improve the use efficiency of the composite material.The study focused on the 3-bolt double lap structure of carbon fiber composite laminates,by adding different angles of equal thickness layer on the original laminate,and comparing the way of different angles of layer to enhance the connection strength,to explore the influence of layering angle on the connection strength.The results showed that the addition of 0°paving layer has the greatest effect on the connection strength of the structure,the addition of±45°paving layer and the addition of 90°paving layer have the least effect.On this basis,the optimization results of the laminates with the maximum connection strength are obtained by optimizing the ply thickness and ply sequence.The connection strength of the optimized ply structure was 39.3%higher than that of the non-optimized structure.
