摘　　要：为适应新时期水利高质量发展,推动水利风景区高品质建设,对SL 300-2013《水利风景区评价标准》和SL/T 300-2023《水利风景区评价规范》风景资源评价体系进行了深入剖析,厘清其与生态文明建设和水利高质量发展要求的适应关系,明确了新时期水利风景区高质量发展为新要求,阐释了风景资源评价指标体系结构、评价内容和指标体系分值分配的缘由。实例验证结果进一步表明,《水利风景区评价规范》风景资源评价有较好的延续性和适用性,可作为推动水利风景区高质量发展的技术指导。In order to adapt to high-quality development of water conservancy industry in the new era and promote high-quality construction of water parks,the water scenery resource evaluation systems of SL300-2013 Evaluation Standard of Water Park and SL/T300-2023 Specification for Evaluation of Water Park are deeply analyzed,and the relationships between the standards and the requirements of ecological civilization construction and high-quality development of the water conservancy industry are clarified.The structure,contents,and score distribution of the water scenery resource evaluation index system are elaborated.Case study proves that Specification for Evaluation of Water Park has better continuity and applicability in water scenery resource evaluation,and can be used to guide the high-quality development of water parks.
