摘  要:稀散金属被广泛应用于集成电路、航空航天、5G通信等领域,是现代工业、国防军工和战略性新兴产业不可或缺的支撑材料。本文综述了稀散金属复杂资源在高效富集、精细分离和高纯制备方面的研究动态及发展现状。我国稀散金属资源丰富,但在诸多方面仍值得进一步研究。在分离提取方面,需提升原生资源直收率并加强对二次资源的循环利用,实现分离提取的高效性、环保性和可持续性。在高纯化制备方面,需加强对基础理论方面的研究,进一步提高产品纯度和直收率。中南大学资源循环研究团队长期致力于稀散金属冶金基础理论及创新技术的研究,通过产学研联合攻关,取得了一系列原创性成果,通过理论创新、方法创新和装备创新,实现了稀散金属高效分离回收及高纯化制备的关键技术突破。面向未来,进一步开展并完善稀散金属高效分离提取及高纯化制备理论与实践创新,实现绿色、低碳、循环、智能及高值提取利用将是稀散金属冶金发展的主导方向。Scattered metals are widely used in integrated circuits,aerospace,5G communications,etc.,and are indispensable support materials for modern industry,national defense industry and strategic emerging industries.This paper summarized the research dynamics and current development of complex resources of scattered metals in terms of efficient enrichment,fine separation and high-purity preparation.China is rich in scattered metals resources,but in many aspects are still worthy of further research.In terms of separation and extraction,it is necessary to improve the direct recovery efficiency of primary resources and enhance the recycling of secondary resources,so as to realize the high efficiency,environmental protection and sustainability of separation and extraction.In terms of high purification preparation,it is necessary to further improve the purity and recovery of products and strengthen the research on basic theories.The Resource Recycling Innovation Team of Central South University has long been committed to the research on the basic theories and innovative technologies of metallurgy of scattered metals,and has achieved a series of original results through joint research by industry,academia and research institutes,realizing a breakthrough in the key technologies of high-efficiency separation and recycling of scattered metals and high-purity preparation through the innovations in theories,methodologies and equipments.Looking to the future,further development and improvement of the theory and practice of efficient separation and extraction of scattered metals and high purification preparation innovation,to realize green,low-carbon,recycling,intelligent and high-value extraction and utilization will be the mainstream direction of the development of metallurgy of scattered metals.
