摘　　要：房颤是最常见的心律失常之一,与多种心血管不良事件相关。超声心动图、MRI、CT等成像技术可对左心室结构及功能进行评估,对于临床治疗方案的选择及预测术后复发风险具有重要意义。本文对上述心脏影像学技术在房颤患者左心室结构和功能中的研究进展进行综述。Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias and is associated with multiple adverse cardiovascular events.Imaging techniques such as echocardiography,MRI and CT can evaluate the structure and function of the left ventricle,which is of great significance for the selection of clinical treatment and the prediction of postoperative recurrence risk.This article reviews the progress of the above cardiac imaging techniques in left ventricular structure and function in atrial fibrillation.
