摘 要:[目的]研究影响印刷线路板(PCB)退膜效果的因素,以解决PCB退膜过程的常见问题。[方法]采用MS-3588型退膜液退除PCB上的感光干膜。研究了退膜液的MS-3588体积分数和温度对退膜效果及锡层腐蚀程度的影响。[结果]随着MS-3588的体积分数从6%增大至20%,退膜完全所需的时间缩短,膜渣尺寸增大,退膜后锡面无明显腐蚀。升高温度可同时缩短退膜时间及减小膜渣尺寸,但温度高于60℃后锡面的腐蚀程度明显加重。当退膜液中MS-3588的体积分数为12%、温度为50℃时,干膜除净所需的时间在80 s以内,退膜后锡面基本无腐蚀,线路间无残留膜渣。[结论]通过调整MS-3588退膜剂的体积分数、温度等参数可以有效改善PCB的退膜效果。[Introduction]The factors affecting the stripping effectiveness of dry film from printed circuit board(PCB)need to be studied to solve the common issues existing in dry film stripping process during PCB manufacturing.[Method]The MS-3588 stripper was used to remove the photoresist dry film from PCB.The effects of volume fraction of MS-3588 in stripping solution and temperature on the stripping effectiveness and corrosion degree of tin coating were studied.[Result]As the volume fraction of MS-3588 was increased from 6%to 20%,the time required for complete stripping of the dry film was reduced,the size of film residue was increased,and there was no significant corrosion on the surface of tin coating after stripping.The time for complete stripping of dry film could be reduced by increasing the temperature of stripping solution,and the size of film residue was decreased simultaneously.However,the corrosion of tin coating surface would be aggravated greatly if the temperature was higher than 60℃.The dry film on PCB could be completely removed within 80 seconds in the solution containing 12%(volume fraction)of MS-3588 stripper at 50℃,and there was minimal corrosion on tin coating surface and no residual film between circuits.
