摘 要:[目的]高磷化学镀镍常面临镀液稳定性不佳的问题,研发适宜的稳定剂具有重要的意义。[方法]采用柠檬酸−苹果酸双配位体系镀液,对铝合金连接器进行高磷化学镀Ni-P合金。先讨论了分别采用含铅化合物、硫脲、苯并三氮唑、碘化钾、碘酸钾和亚铁离子作为稳定剂时,对沉积速率、镀层P质量分数和镀液稳定性的影响。然后通过正交试验对筛选出的稳定剂进行复配优化。[结果]当采用25 mg/L KIO_(3)和50 mg/L Fe^(2+)作为复配稳定剂时,镀液的稳定性良好,沉积速率为10.32μm/h,所得Ni-P合金镀层细致平整,P质量分数为10.93%,耐蚀性满足中性盐雾试验超过96 h的要求。[结论]本文的研究结果可为铝合金连接器高磷化学镍的工程化应用提供解决方案和思路。[Introduction]High-phosphorus electroless nickel plating is often faced with the problem of poor stability of plating bath,and it is of great significance to develop some suitable stabilizers.[Method]High-phosphorus electroless Ni-P alloy plating was carried out on the surface of aluminum alloy connector in a bath using citric acid and malic acid as complexing agent.The effects of several kinds of stabilizers i.e.lead-containing compound,thiourea,benzotriazole,potassium iodide,potassium iodate,and ferrous ions on the deposition rate,mass fraction of phosphorus in coating,and bath stability were discussed.The combination of the selected stabilizers were optimized by orthogonal test.[Result]The bath containing 25 mg/L KIO_(3) and 50 mg/L Fe^(2+) as composite stabilizer featured good stability and a deposition rate of 10.32μm/h.The Ni-P alloy coating electrolessly plated from the bath was compact and smooth with 10.93%of phosphorus by weight,and its corrosion resistance meeting the requirement of being endurable for at least 96 hours in neutral salt spray test.[Conclusion]The results of this study can provide a solution and idea for the engineering application of high-phosphorus electroless nickel plating on aluminum alloy connectors.
