摘 要:[目的]探究5131LA0、5131LA1及5131LA2三种水基金属清洗剂的清洁性能及缓蚀特性。[方法]依据机械行业标准JB/T 4323-2019规定的质量法对清洗剂的清洗效率进行试验,并采用电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线测试,对其缓蚀特性进行评价。[结果]三种清洗剂在质量分数为5%~10%且温度高于45℃的情况下均展现出卓越的清洁性能,各项技术指标达到甚至超越了上述标准的要求。其中,5131LA1的清洁性能尤为出色,清洗效率随着温度升高及其浓度增大而提升。在电化学测试中,5131LA2清洗液表现出最大的容抗弧直径和低频阻抗模值,45钢在其中的腐蚀速率最低。[结论]三种水基金属清洗剂均具备优异的清洁性能及缓释效率。[Introduction]The cleaning performance and corrosion inhibition characteristics of three types of water-based metal cleaners,i.e.5131LA0,5131LA1,and 5131LA2 were studied in paper.[Method]The cleaning efficiency of the cleaners was tested according to the weighing method stipulated by the mechanical industry standard JB/T 4323.2-1999.The corrosion inhibition characteristics of the cleaners were evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curve measurement.[Result]All the cleaners exhibited good cleaning performance when their mass fractions were in the range of 5%to 10%at temperature higher than 45℃.The technical indicators of the cleaners met or even exceeded the requirements of the said standard.Among them,5131LA1 showed particularly outstanding cleaning performance.The cleaning efficiency of 5131LAl was increased with the increasing of temperature and its concentration.The results of electrochemical measurements indicated that the 5131LA2 solution had the largest diameter of capacitive reactance arc and low-frequency impedance magnitude,and the lowest corrosion rate of 45 steel.[Conclusion]The three types of water-based metal cleaners all have good cleaning performance and corrosion inhibition characteristics.
