摘　　要：[目的]查出使用时间不到1年的彩钢板表面出现大面积锈蚀的原因。[方法]采用能谱仪(EDS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、火花放电原子发射光谱仪等手段对厂房屋面结构中彩钢板的表面锈蚀物及涂层进行分析。[结果]厂房附近未见到有相关腐蚀性气体的产生,彩钢板锈蚀物中不含腐蚀性元素,彩钢板的腐蚀情况符合表面涂层被大气环境腐蚀的特征,彩钢板表面涂层厚度小于国家标准要求。[结论]彩钢板在短时间内发生大面积锈蚀的主要原因是其表面涂层太薄且不均匀,无法有效防止钢材被氧化。[Introduction]The cause of extensive rusting on the surface of colored steel plates used for less than one year needs to be analyzed.[Method]A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the surface rust,coating,and substrate of the colored steel plates in a workshop’s roof structure by using energy-dispersive spectroscope(EDS),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and spark discharge atomic emission spectrometer.[Result]There were no relevant corrosive gases near the facility,and the rust on the colored steel plates did not contain corrosive elements.The corrosion of the colored steel plate was in line with the characteristics of surface coating being corroded by atmospheric environment due to the inadequate coating thickness compared to the national standard.[Conclusion]The primary reason for rapid and extensive rusting of colored steel plate is attributed to the insufficient and nonuniform thickness of the coating which fails to effectively protect against the oxidation of steel surface.
