摘  要:[目的]垃圾焚烧发电用热电偶面临严重的高温氯腐蚀问题。本文研究了热化学反应法陶瓷涂层的防腐导热性能,以期在不影响测温的基础上延长热电偶的使用寿命。[方法]基于磷酸盐黏结剂,采用SiC和Cr_(2)O_(3)作为功能填料,在GH605钴基高温合金上制备了不同填料/黏结剂质量比的涂层,通过高温氯腐蚀试验、极化曲线测量、导热系数测试和测温实验来评估涂层的防腐导热性能。[结果]当填料与黏结剂的质量比为0.8时,涂层的致密性最好,防腐蚀性能最佳,耐高温氯腐蚀速率最低,导热系数为2.659W/(m·K),对热电偶的测温响应速度无明显影响。[结论]热化学反应法陶瓷涂层具有良好的防腐导热效果,可应用于垃圾焚烧发电热电偶上。[Introduction]Thermocouples for waste-to-energy incineration face serious high-temperature chlorine corrosion problem.In this paper,the corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity of ceramic coating prepared by thermochemical reaction were studied to prolong the service life of thermocouple without affecting the temperature measurement.[Method]Ceramic coatings were prepared based on phosphate binder with SiC and Cr_(2)O_(3) as fillers at different filler-to-binder mass ratios on GH605 cobalt-based superalloy.The corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity of the coating were evaluated by high-temperature chlorine corrosion test,polarization curve measurement,thermal conductivity test,and actual temperature measurement.[Result]The coating prepared with a filler-to-binder mass ratio of 0.8 had the best compactness and corrosion resistance,the lowest high-temperature chlorine corrosion rate,a thermal conductivity of 2.659 W/(m·K),and no obvious influence on the temperature response of the thermocouple.[Conclusion]The ceramic coating prepared by thermochemical reaction has good anti-corrosion performance and thermal conductivity,and can be applied to the thermocouples used in waste incinerator.
