摘 要:[目的]在机车喷涂油漆的过程中,涂层厚度均匀性通常依靠人工不断调节工艺参数进行控制,严重影响调试进程,且浪费了大量的人力物力。[方法]在多通道轨迹喷涂沉积厚度模型的基础上,从理论角度分析了轨迹间距对膜厚分布的影响,提出以涂层厚度最大值、最小值和极差作为最优轨迹间距的评价指标。[结果]通过仿真计算,得到了在某固定喷幅条件下膜厚极差最小的轨迹间距。实际喷涂试验证实了轨迹间距对喷涂厚度均匀性的影响与仿真结果较为一致。[结论]在重叠率为1/3左右的情况下,膜厚均匀性最好。[Introduction]The uniformity of coating thickness is typically managed by hand adjusting the process parameters when painting locomotives,which has a significant impact on the commissioning process and wastes a lot of manpower and material resources.[Method]Based on the deposition thickness model for multi-track spraying,the effect of track spacing on coating thickness distribution was analyzed theoretically,and the maximum coating thickness,minimum coating thickness,and their difference were proposed as the indicators for evaluating the optimal track spacing.[Result]The track spacing for achieving the minimum coating thickness difference at a fixed fan width was calculated through numerical simulation.The result of actual spraying test confirmed that the effect of track spacing on coating thickness uniformity was consistent with the simulation result.[Conclusion]When the overlap rate is about 1/3,the coating thickness uniformity will be the best.
