摘 要:为了优化爆裂玉米自交系N10和N04的胚性愈伤组织诱导和再生体系,以爆裂玉米自交系N10和N04的幼胚为外植体,研究影响幼胚愈伤组织诱导和再生的重要因素。结果表明,幼胚大小为1.0~1.3 mm时,胚性愈伤组织诱导形成较好。自交系N10和N04的适宜愈伤组织诱导培养基分别为MS和MB培养基,AgNO_(3)浓度分别为13μmol/L和36μmol/L,2,4-D浓度分别为2 g/L和0.4 g/L,L-脯氨酸浓度分别为2.76 g/L和5.0 g/L。6-BA浓度为0.2 mg/L时,自交系N10和N04愈伤组织分化较好;NAA浓度为0.2 mg/L时,幼苗生长状况较好。In order to optimize the embryonal callus induction and regeneration system of popcorn(Zea mays L.)inbred lines N10 and N04,the young embryos of popcorn inbred lines N10 and N04 were used as explants to study the important factors affecting the callus induction and regeneration of young embryos.The results showed that embryogenic callus formation was better when the embryo size was 1.0-1.3 mm.The appropriate callus-inducing culture group of inbred lines N10 and N04 was MS and MB culture group,and the AgNO_(3) concentration was at 13μmol/L and 36μmol/L,the concentration of 2,4-D was 2 g/L and 0.4 g/L,and the concentration of L-proline was 2.76 g/L and 5.0 g/L,respectively.When the concentration of 6-BA was 0.2 mg/L,the callus differentiation of inbred lines N10 and N04 was better.When NAA concentration was 0.2 mg/L,the seedling growth was better.
