摘　　要：“大服务”互联网生态圈的场景构建基于全媒体网络智能生态系统,依托多元技术和用户互动,实现了信息的高效传播与服务精准对接,深刻改变了媒体的传播方式与社会互动格局。通过全方位的场景整合和创新,“大服务”互联网生态圈为国家文化软实力提升、经济发展、产业升级、媒介融合以及用户体验感的提升提供了有效路径。在“大服务”互联网生态圈建构下,场景不仅是物理空间或虚拟界面的简单呈现,还是一种复杂的表征结构,融合了技术、文化和社会等多重维度。为更好打造“大服务”互联网生态圈,新型主流媒体需要以技术赋能+数据驱动+自主学习为基因创构技术场景,以信息接收+交互体验+景观再造为块茎重塑文化场景,以多元参与+空间营造+信息循环为载体打造社会场景,从而适应不同的需求和场合,实现多方的互动和共赢。The scenario construction of the“Grand Service”Internet ecosystem is based on the all-media network intelligent ecosystem,relying on multiple technologies and user interactions to realize efficient information dissemination and precise service matching,profoundly altering the dissemination mode of media and the pattern of social interaction.Through all-round scene integration and innovation,the“Grand Service”Internet ecosystem offers effective paths for enhancing national cultural soft power,economic development,industrial upgrading,media convergence,and the improvement of user experience.Under the construction of the“Grand Service”Internet ecosystem,the scenario is not only a simple presentation of physical space or virtual interface,but also a complex representational structure integrating multiple dimensions such as technology,culture,and society.To better build the“Grand Service”Internet ecosystem,new mainstream media need to create technological scenarios with technology empowerment+data-driven+autonomous learning as the genes,reshape cultural scenarios with information reception+interactive experience+landscape reengineering as the corm,and build social scenarios with multi-participation+space creation+information circulation as the carrier,thereby adapting to different demands and occasions and achieving mutual interaction and win-win among multiple parties.
