摘  要:为了筛选可用的耐低氧发芽直播稻资源,以248份水稻种质资源为材料,设置干粒与催芽2个处理,对10 cm淹水7 d后种子的发芽指标进行对比分析。结果显示:干粒处理和催芽处理水稻种子的相对成苗率(RSP)分别为0.00~5.17和0.00~19.77,相对苗高(RSH)分别为0.00~0.73和0.00~0.94,相对根长(RRL)分别为0.00~0.68和0.00~4.26,催芽处理的水稻种质资源的RSP、RSH、RRL整体上均显著优于干粒处理;248份水稻种质资源中籼稻和粳稻均有耐低氧发芽潜质的资源,但在耐低氧发芽能力上,干粒处理为粳稻整体优于籼稻,催芽处理则为籼稻整体优于粳稻;干粒处理下H5的RSP、RSH、RRL均显著高于耐淹品种KHO与红麻占,具备较强的耐低氧发芽能力,可在育种上加以利用。In order to screen available direct-seeded rice resources with low oxygen germination tolerance,248 rice germplasm resources were used as materials,and two treatments,dry grain and germination promotion,were set up to compare and analyze the germination indicators of seeds after 7 days of 10cm flooding.The results showed that the relative seedling success rates(RSP)of rice seeds treated with dry seeds and germination treatments were 0.00-5.17 and 0.00-19.77,respectively.The relative seedling height(RSH)was 0.00-0.73 and 0.00-0.94,respectively,and the relative root length(RRL)was 0-0.68 and 0-4.26,respectively.The RSP,RSH,and RRL of rice germplasm resources treated with germination treatments were significantly better than those treated with dry seeds as a whole;Among the 248 rice germplasm resources,both indica rice and japonica rice have the potential resources of low-oxygen germination resistance,but in the ability of low-oxygen germination resistance,dry-grain treatment japonica rice is better than indica rice as a whole,and accelerated germination treatment japonica rice is better than japonica rice as a whole;The RSP,RSH and RRL of H5 treated with dry grains were significantly higher than those of flood-tolerant varieties KHO and HongMaZhan.It is a new germplasm resource with low oxygen tolerance and can be used in breeding.
