摘　　要：“五个战略性有利条件”是习近平对我国当前所处有利条件的集中概括。从发生学视角看,“五个战略性有利条件”发生的理论起点是马克思恩格斯的社会历史条件观,马克思恩格斯的社会历史条件观为评估我国发展的“战略性有利条件”提供了认识工具;发生的历史前提是中国共产党人对马克思恩格斯社会历史条件观的正确运用、对不同时期各领域发展有利条件的积极创造,这些实践为“五个战略性有利条件”的发生积累了先决条件;发生的现实条件是中国共产党人对新时代我国发展条件的努力创设和全面把握,这为“五个战略性有利条件”提出提供了现实土壤。从发生学视角认识“五个战略性有利条件”的生成,有助于中国共产党保持战略定力、赢得历史主动、提振发展信心。The point of“Five Strategic Advantages”of General Secretary Xi Jinping is a concise summary of the favorable conditions in which our country currently finds itself.First,from the perspective of genetics,the theoretical starting point of the“five strategic advantages”is Marx and Engels’view of social and historical conditions which provides a“cognitive tool”for evaluating the“strategic advantages”for the development of our country.Second,the historical premise of occurrence of these conditions is the correct application of Marx and Engels’view of social and historical conditions by the Chinese communists and the active creation of favorable conditions for development in various fields at different times.Practice in these fields builds up to call for the occurrence of the“five strategic advantages.”Third,the current conditions for their occurrence result from the efforts of the Chinese communists to create and comprehensively grasp the development conditions of our country in the new era to provide real soil for the germination of the“five strategic advantages.”Understanding the generation of the“Five Strategic Advantages”from the perspective of genesis helps the Communist Party of China maintain strategic determination,seize historical initiative,and boost confidence in development.
