摘 要:葡糖醋杆菌是一种细菌纤维素(Bacterial cellulose,BC)生产菌,具有较好的生产性能。双组分系统(Two-component systems,TCSs)是细菌中最为基本的调控系统,对细菌的生理过程具有重要调控作用。本研究采用生物信息学方法系统分析了汉氏葡糖醋杆菌HDM1-3(Konagataeibacter hansenii HDM1-3)基因组含有TCSs的分类、结构和功能。结果表明,汉氏葡糖醋杆菌HDM1-3基因组含有22个组氨酸激酶(Histidine kinase,HK)和21个响应调节器(Response regulator,RR),其中包含12对配对的TCSs、4个杂合HK、7个孤儿HK和5个孤儿RR。22个HK具有20种不同的结构域组成,19个HK的C端具有HATPase_c结构域。21个RR含有9种不同的结构域组成,所有RR都含有一个或多个保守的接受(Receiver,REC)结构域。对配对的TCSs进行功能预测分析表明,汉氏葡糖醋杆菌HDM1-3的TCSs可能参与的调控包括细胞分裂、生物膜形成、细菌运动性调节、群体感应、渗透压相关孔蛋白调节、铜离子流的调控、磷酸盐调节及含氮化合物的代谢等功能。本研究为后续在葡糖醋杆菌HDM1-3中开展TCSs的功能研究提供一定参考。Konagataeibacter is a bacterial cellulose(BC)producing bacterium with good production performance.Two-component systems(TCSs)are regarded as the fundamental regulatory systems in bacteria,playing an important regulatory role in numerous physiological processes of bacteria.The bioinformatics method was used to systematically analyze the classification,structure and function of TCSs contained in the genome of Glucose Konagataeibacter hansenii HDM1-3.The results show that the genome of Konagataeibacter hansenii HDM1-3 contains 22 histidine kinase(HK)and 21 response regulator(RR),including 12 paired TCSs,4 hybrid HK,7 orphan HK and 5 orphan RR.22 HK are composed of 20 different domains,and there are HATPase_cdomains at the C-end of 19 HK.21 RR consist of 9 different domains.All RR contain one or more conservative receiver(REC)domains.The functional prediction analysis of the paired TCSs shows that the TCSs of Konagataeibacter hansenii HDM1-3 may participate in the regulation of cell division,biofilm formation,bacterial motility regulation,quorum sensing,osmotic pressure-related pore protein regulation,copper ion flow regulation,phosphate regulation,nitrogen-containing compounds metabolism and other functions.This study provides some references for the subsequent research on the function of TCSs in Konagataeibacter hansenii HDM1-3.
